How to become massively obese

Warning, this can be very bad for your health.

But it feels wickedly good.

So you want to become massively obese deliberately

You enjoy your food. You enjoy eating to excess. You love the warm wave of relaxation that hits you after a binge. You wallow in your fat whilst your partner and Feeder worships you and cares for you.

When to eat

Skip breakfast, most obese people really don't feel like eating when they get up. This abstinence of food keeps your body in starvation mode burning fewer calories. When you eat make sure it's a sugary snack that hits your system hard. You will be craving more sugary food in a short time. When you crave, make sure you binge. Get into a binge, crave cycle.

What to eat

Carbohydrates. Carbs all the way. You can eat anything you like as long as you alweighs load up on carbs. What happens in your body is that insulin is released in vast quantities when carbs turn to blood sugar. The insulin serves two vital functions for the Feedee. First it makes the body convert the carbs to body fat in hours or less. Second it inhibits the burning of body fat. For carbs we are talking, pasta, pizza, potatoes, rice, sodas, sweets, pastry, bread.

What not to eat

Protein is important for health but it does satisfy your appetite too much. You won't get the necessary cravings to eat, Eat, EAT. So not too much protein. Typically a Mac Donald's is a good healthy balance for gaining weight, mostly carbs with some protein and some veg. Do not eat too much fatty food since contrary to slimming diet advance it does not make you fat but instead encourages fat burning and satisfies appetite.  There are important vitamins, minerals and oils that the body craves, steer clear of these because you want to keep your cravings.  

Increasing obesity

With all the constant carbohydrates from food and sodas and fruit juices the body is awash with insulin meaning that you will never loses an ounce of body fat and will be adding to it every day. You may not be gaining weight if you don't stay hydrated and lose muscle tone. With your lack of energy because you can't burn fat and you don't burn sugar you will store even more of your food as fat. As you become heavier you will do even less. Just sitting on your bum filling your belly.

Feminising effect

Body fat stores the female hormone oestrogen which is also present in foods such as soy and soya beans as well as plastics used in food containers. The effect of the fat storing the hormone is to amplify it's effect. Even men can grow bigger breasts. The effect of a huge belly and thighs pressing on a mans genitals reduces testosterone output, further feminising him.

Dangers of Insulin and Blood Sugar

Following these suggestions is dangerous. You will be increasing the level of insulin in your body which will make you feel tired and crave food which will ensure that you continue to gain weight with every bite you eat. The high insulin levels will harden your body against the toxic effect of insulin so requiring more insulin to lower your blood sugar levels. This is called insulin resistance. It can lead to type II Diabetes. You still have the high blood sugar and the corresponding high insulin, so you can never ever lose weight, at least not permanently. You will probably be put on Metoformin or Rosiglitazone which continue to encourage carbs to be converted to body fat.

WLS - Weight Loss Surgery

If you become massively obese and you want to stop you might find WLS the only way out. By this stage your will power would be well and truly defeated by your cravings to eat and sexual release from knowing you made yourself massively obese. You nolonger wish to keep stuffing yourself stupid but you just seem to keep doing it and growing fatter every week. WLS works by destroying your digestive system, forcing you to eat differently. Just eating like you already had WLS would have the same effect, but you can't. You have no will power.

Conclusion

As a Feedee you can enjoy as much food as you want of whatever you crave. You will enjoy becoming increasingly lethargic as you find you have no energy and would rather let your Feeder do everything for you. You will find yourself becoming more and more content with life as all you want to do is eat and sleep and watch TV. You will feel so proud and pleased with your ever growing body and how happy this makes your feeder. If this is what you want then you will find you have achieved heavenly happiness. However it comes at a cost. You will have taken one path in life and not another path. This path is shorter, you may not live as long as if you had stayed fit and active. But then you won't get killed rock climbing or get run over by a bus if you are too fat to leave your house.

As a Feeder you should be eating the opposite to your Feedee. You should eat meat and veg and stay of bread and pasta.
